I was not going to venture info, but I was just out in the garage getting soda and checked on the 94 (different plaque, but I am thinking they kept the same size shanks?). The 94 intake plaque uses a T20. Based on what Adam said, that might be the same size and work.
BE CAREFUL if you have never taken these off before. They are usally pretty tight and sometimes have trouble comming out. The best thing I have used is a torx bit in an impact driver like this one.
