How to Remove Outer Door Molding

Open the door, and look inside at the back of the door, on the inside of where that plastic piece ends. There is one screw in there. Take it out and the plastic molding piece will slide all the back off the door.

takes 5 minutes for both side tops. be sure to be somewhat careful so you dont break the plastic clips

searched and didnt find the info.. my friend totaled his car and i removed a set off of his car and want to put them on mine.. but when i removed the screw and went to "slide them off" they were really stuck.. how exactly do they slide off after you remove the screw.....
