anyone know how to remove tire stems from a wheel after the tire is removed? Do they have to be destroyed or are they salvageable?

I don't think they're salvagable. Once they're snapped into the rim, there's no getting them out. I've tried. And once I found out they're only $2.00 at Wal mart, I just cut them out and get a new one.

You are asking about the rubber ones, right?

Nobody saves em to put in a different wheel. There is a special tool for em, but you can just razor blade em out.
