You can see my other thread in here, but I'm having trouble starting my cobra. Have replaced the fuel pressure regulator, now have fuel pressure at the rails, have spark at both coils, have good starter, new battery, but won't start!! I'm figuring that the injectors aren't injecting, so possible bad computer. But a computer is $300+, and I'd hate to spend the money if I don't need it. I'm basically trying to see if the thing is working by at least tripping an error code. Right now I don't get any error codes back. Even if I unplug the MAF and throttle sensor, I still don't get error codes. Now I did try the same test on a 98 GT, but I just turned it to start, but didn't start the car. It didn't trip codes either.
So basically, what can I unplug in the engine bay so that I can definitely trip an error code to see if the stupid computer is working. Again, I can try to turn it over, but it won't start.
Help!!
(I'm trying to avoid the $200 dealer charge to do some tests)
