i dont care how fast they go to me its all about what they look like ...
and im not bashing every 4 eye car there are nice ones like mustang 2's its just the majority i see are dd rust buckets that have horrible looking wheels and are complete crap and its what i have seen of them for a very long time...they have never been my favorite cars and a lot of them around my area are not used for much either....but with a nice paintjob and some good looking wheels they can all look good....my comments however are how they roll off the assembly line i dont care for 87-93 lx's either or any fox that has turbines... or 10 spokes
but custimized cars are a different catagory

the mustang 2's did have a nice rack and i see a lot of conversions done to older mustangs with the mustang 2 rack conversions ...its not they were pigs or lower rated hp i think they got it worst because of the styling or lack of...it was so far stretched from what a mustang was at the time it took on a totally different look and at the same time the engines were de-tuned so i think everyone has a bitter taste for these cars...

I know people all have there differences of opinion and not everyone is going to agree with me. I don't really like the Mustang II's myself but I have seen a couple of Moddified King Cobra's that didn't look half bad. I like the rear end of the 71-73 cars but not the front ends. I like the four eyes cars because they aren't your typical 5.0L. They are styled differently. Just my opinion not evryones I guess.

I know 1 thing for certain, the "Ford Mustang" is an American Icon! There are lots of different shapes, sizes and power levels. It's almost hard to believe that the Mustang nearly came to an end, to be replaced by a F***** ford Probe. Mustang maddness is like Baseball & Apple Pie. I guess owning a Camaro was not, cause they're gone, but we are STILL HERE!!! Ultimately the Camaro will return. No matter how fast they will be, or whatever, the Camaro will still be a tad bit lacking in the Coolness Department, that only a true Icon has. Even in 94-95, the Chevy's were faster, for certain, but the SN95 were just plain Cooler!!!! We all drive The Coolest Cars and that is a matter of Fact!!!

A-men to that...

I took the '95 to a Mustang show the other week. Towards the end of the show this younger kid(I'm only 22 here), pulled up in a white Fox and started talking to me and my friends. He had just driven up from where the dyno was, and I asked him if he had just dyno'd his car. He said "no," and started talking all down on his 2.3 like it was nothing. I just said, "Hey 2.3, is a big 4 cyl. and at least you have a Mustang."
Reminded me of the first time I attended that same show back in 2001, with my 200ci. '66 when I was only 16. They parked me next to a badass '70 Mach I that was almost the same color.
The owner was a middle-age gent, and he looked over and said, "What do you got under there? A 289?"
"Just a 200," I said, "I wish it was a V8, like yours"
"Hey, you gotta start somewhere, and it's a nice car," he replied.

The cars are all different, but it's one legacy.

thats cool that everyone respects one another even though they have more power and what not...theres not always the well i got 500 hp and you have a stock car your not worth talking to... theres been some shows locally where they are all cars welcome and i drive my car there and people say hey what do you got done to it...and i was like just got it nothing yet ...and their reply is then why did you bring it.....damn camaro owners....everyone should be nice that others respect the car hobby not what they drive or how fast it runs or how pretty the car is but that they got what they like and are starting somewhere....

oh by the way that mach owner should have know your car was the sixer....the hubcaps are a dead giveaway

Even GT's had the hubcaps.
The giveaway should've been the lack of 289 badges. But then again...everyone does engine swaps now.
I'm planning on putting HiPo 289 badges on it once the GT40P is in it and dressed like a HiPo.

I thought Turds came out kinda shiny, from the beginning Another wise man said " Opinions are like A-holes, and they all stink!!!" Just kiddin', I suppose someday, someone will be saying that about our (mine and yours), heavy SN95, cars. I guess it's just comes down to perception & preference. The Japanese and Germans already think we have SH**ty cars, and I would tell them that the only reason their cars are "so good, so well engineered," is because they have a desire, a need, to try to beat our cars, so they can feel good about themselves at night. The bottom line is we still drive "The coolest cars", THE FORD MUSTANG
