A good CAI will get you a tenth and 1mph. Most of us just make our own. The best way to make one is to make it a completely straight shot from the TB to the MAF and filter with no turns or bends. Adding an edelbrock performer intake, 65mm TB, and headers dropped me from a 14.6 at 94.89mph to a 14.3 at 97.2 on street tires. Adding my own homemade CAI (straight tube) and nittos dropped me to a 13.8 at 98.55mph. Stock my 5 speed 'vert ran a 15.2 at 90mph.
