I finally got my motor done and got the car home. It feels really strong, and its still speed density. The moto also has 10.7:1 compression, FP is set at 42, timing 13*. with the setup in my sig, what do you think? I had to have the heads milled another .040" so my total milled amount is .080" but my headgasket thickness is .045" to make up for some of it. It feels pretty strong.

I would say bump timing to 15* that is where I showed most hp/tq on new motor, and lower fuel pressure to 39psi, you should gain between both those adjustments anywhere between 5-25rwhp, depending how far off your tune was.

we tried 45psi and 15*, then we tried 38psi and 15* and 38psi lost power, so we went to 42 and was better feeling. and with my high compression, we backed the timing to 13* with 91 octane till I get used to driving it and get my vaccum leaks/ heat problem fixed. you think I'm getting 300rwhp 300rwtqu+ ??? The machine shop got my windsor heads flowing around 230cfm intake, and with the higher compression I figured I might be able to get 300rwhp out of er'.......

I'd estimate that you have 340 at the flywheel, if it's tuned nicely.

how much do you loose approx. through a stock T-5? 10-12% ? 12% would put me at about 299rwhp, I can live with that I wanted to get 300rwhp and 300+ torque out of this setup. The closest dyno to me is like an hour and a half drive into Kansas City, so it will be awhile till I get it dynoed.

They say the synthetic trans and gear lube decreases parasitic drag, too. I read at one time that Redline's products were the best, but that was awhile ago.
