I beleive the S197 Mustangs use a T-5 in the V6 with a hydraulic TOB setup.

Of course unsure if the bellhousing/TOB setup is compatible

the bellhousing for a modular engine? not a chance
the hydraulic throw out bearing is nice but if a failure its not easy to service to say the least
