I am almost killed somebody yesterday

Its long but you gotta read it.

So i get out of work yesterday and i'm driving to my fiances house. So i pull up to this one light and its red and i'm getting ready to make a right turn but i'm waiting for the light to turn green. So it turns green and i start to make my turn. I see out of the corner of my eye somebody blowing through a dead red light. He almost nails the car going straight thats next to me and just misses my car by what seemed like mere inches. I slammed on the brakes and the horn and so did he. He pulls over once he gets out of the intersection and gets out of his car. This guy is swearing up a storm at me and giving me the finger. Clearly this guy is a Fk'n moron so i figure the hell with this guy so i give him the bird and drive around him.

While i'm driving around him this son of a bitch decides to kick my car. I scream WHAT THE ****!!! and slam on the brakes and pull over. I get out of my car and this guy hops back in his. As i'm walking to his car he speeds off. I go to get back in my car and of course a cop pulls up behind me and throws on his lights.

He walks up to me and asks whats the problem? I try an explain in a some what calm yelling manner that the ******* in the blue buick ran a light almost hit me and kicked my car. The cop didn't seem to care. So i flipped out, and i quote, i screamed as loud as i could: WHY THE **** ARE YOU JUST STANDING THERE AND LETTING THAT ******* GET AWAY? ARE YOU RETARDED OR SOMETHING? the cop then lost his temper with me and threatened to put me in handcuffs.

So hes got me there on the side of the road for twenty minutes asking me all of these stupid questions like i was the bad guy. There were other witnesses there that saw the whole thing and the cop started to interview all of them, I told the cop i was leaving. It took me an hour to take off the scuff mark and i don't know what i'm going to do about the dent. Its not a huge dent nor is it my first but i'm not exactly looking to start a collection you know. I know this was long but if that guy would've stayed outside of his car and the cop wouldn't have shown up i would have probably have been writing this story from jail. I seriously would have been unstoppable. I wanted to hit the cop i was so pissed. Just had to share.

Sometimes u just gotta let *******s like that driver go, u never know if some crazy bastard like that will pull out a gun or something. As far as the cop is concerned I'm not surprised, he probably just saw u flippin out and wanted to make sure you weren't gonna do anything stupid.

sorry man, that sucks. some people are inconsiderate pricks and shouldnt be driving. Its just like most things, the person retaliating always gets caught and the initiator gets away.

I think mods or admin can change thread titles, thats it

Yea, you never know whats going to happen...awhile ago a couple friends of my brothers were driving on a highway in my area and were checking out some girlies they saw in a VW GTi. They knew there were 2 guys in the back but didnt care. After a few minutes of pacing their car the guys in the back pull out a gun and start shooting at the friends car. One of them got shot through the hand and the bullet ended up in his leg. I dont remember what happened to the other guy.

What ever the reason was i couldn't calm down for like three hours after that. Now that i think about the cop was probably trying to keep me their while the other guy got away because he could probably tell that if he didn't stall me i would have followed that guy to california. He was probably doing me a favor. I just wish he would hae went after the other guy so i could make him pay for the damage he did to my car.

I totally understand where you were coming from. I try not to lose it when Im in the mustang in case someone writes down the plate or goes nuts, etc.

However, on occassion, I have got out of my vehicle when a lunatic is swearing at me. when he sees I'm 6'5" and 200+lbs, they usually change their tone a little ... :wink:

Was better when I was 260+lbs, shaved and goatee, lol

dude i completely understand where you are coming from but out here in L.A you cant pull that stuff of since we have been getting alot of freeway shootings and stuff is best to let it go :shrug:. But i had the something similar happen with a co-worker he dented my rear quarter panel with his door and completely denied it in my face when he knew i saw him do it :mad:

The cop was messing with him like HE was the one that did something wrong. He got his car kicked, the guy got away, the cop did not pursue the guy that kicked his car. I would have disrespected the moron too.


I had a similar thing happen. I was sitting at a red light stopped waiting for it to turn green. Light turns green so I start to go, slowly I might add, and out of nowhere .. a "mighty max" truck with 5, I repeat 5 people in the cab, slammed into the front of my car. Luckily I saw them and had a split second to hit the brakes or I would have taken that impact in my side .. probably be dead. Well, the guys that hit me happened to be black. Around the corner from where the wreck happened is a homeless shelter place. A lot of black people came out to see what was going on ... Well, long story short, I was taken to the hospital because my neck and back were jacked up and the girl that was with me was screaming like her leg was cut off (she wasn't hurt) .. The cop comes in and says "I am going to have to write this up as a no-fault accident" .. I'm like WTF? He says that all those "bystanders" said it was my fault. There was a lady right behind me (white lady) stopped at the light that told the cop it was not my fault by any stretch of the imagination .. I have never been so pissed off in my life. I got screwed! *ends rant*

FWIW -- Racism is ****ing lame

Last night i hit a fence (DEAD END) on a big ass dirt road there was no street lights or reflectors on the fence or even a dead end sign. what made it worse was a guy comes hauling butt down the road and starts yelling at me so i just laughed in his face but when the state cop got there the crazy guy sayed my lights were off HMM they wernt off i have never been down that road before in my life so why would they be off lol but there were 2 guys who saw the whole thing they told the cop they were on and said i wasnt even speeding. So i guess my insurence is going up if i get cited do yall think i will win if i fight it. NO REFLECTORS, NO DEAD END SIGN AND WAS COMPLETLY DARK AND 2 WEEKS BEFORE I HIT THE FENCE ANOTHER PERSON DID THE SAME THING WTF LOL

Food for thought:

Perhaps the cop did not witness the first incident and only saw what was going on at the side of the road after both parties were outside of their vehicles. Disrespecting lawmen will get you nowhere...

Eventually the red-light runner will get into a wreck or get ticketed down the road in the future due to his driving habits.

To everyone saying that he should be careful in case the person had a gun/knife.....here is the solution. Get a concealed carry permit so you can have a gun on you at all times. That way if he pulls one you can pull one right back out. Not everyone who is stupid/crazy is literally crazy enough to pull a weapon, just crazy enough to be completely retarded.
