I hear ya. But, damn it would be frustrating to be telling the cop that someone almost caused an accident then kicked your car. I guess we expect them to jump in their car and go get em' but the 'system' doesn't allow that. He has to first observe the situation ... blah blah blah.
Indeed you are right regarding the 'what goes around comes around' for the guy that ran the light. I guess it is just a pet peeve of mine when people intentionally damage others property.
