came home to these. there not the best of tires but they will do the job. Sumitumo HTR Z 255/40/17 in front and 275/40/17 in the rear. I have had the old tires since the car was painted a few years ago.

its about time matt i cant wait umm maybe now you wont do burn outs all the time like idk when we leave work and daves . but as far as weather we live in virginia whats snow? we never get any soo theres no point to buying winter tires here its summer tires all year round!!!!

yea. i have 255/40 on the car now all the way around. personally i think the 245/45 makes the rim look small for some reason.

They are decent tires for the price you pay, but they ARENT anything to write home about in the rain or dry straightline traction.

I can light my 315's up at highway speeds when its wet out without much struggle, but the gears play a part in that.

Don't burn them down and you will get some decent life out of them... I put mine through hell and they are just hanging on, but I am satisfied with them.

hey, i have a question, what size rims do you have, are they the stock 17x8, cause i was wondering if 275's can fit out back.

these tires are on my car right now and i hate them!!! i intentionatly burned the hell out of them this summer so i can get these rims and tires off my car!! they last alright if you dont burn them up though. never drive in the rain so i am not sure how good they are there. pretty good price though.

my rims are 17x9. My mothers mustang has these in a 245/45 and they drive pretty good in the rain if your not driving like a maniac.

Yes, you can put a 275 on a stock 17x8 wheel, but it will have a little bit of sidewall bulge.

Not only rain, but even the odd snow and ice storm in here in Dallas. Beats the hell out of walking in that stuff, not to mention mass transit. Just gotta watch out for the idiots in their SUV's or 4x4's that think they're invincible. A little water never hurt nothing. Forgot to mention, my GT is my only means of transportation so don't really have a choice.

+1 cars were made to be driven in the elements. Mines my DD as well. Just clean it after the bad weather and your set
