My tastes have changed. I'm actually looking into a Volvo S60R

the S60/V70R is a nice ride if you can afford it

if you get the chance take an 'o6+ auto for a drive. i've driven both stick and 6spd auto and the auto is MUCH nicer. shifter and clutch on the stick models is a little akward at best

if you want a new one you better hurry, 'o7 is the last year

I've measured the inside lip of the steel portion of the front fender and it is diff on an 89 vs 93 by 1.5"

The body plastic has nothing to do with the opening.

well I did some searching around and I think the sn95s are much better suited to me. Ive always liked them and the whole concept of putting a reliable tried and true pushrod motor into a new, better quality chassis, but i figured Id have to pay for this luxury. The general concensus seems to be that they are good for a fun daily driver, and the foxs are good for all out performance and investment. The vert tops seal better, theres less squeaks and rattles, they look nicer stock for stock (completely subjective), handle nicer, better brakes, better interior... and so on. The main kicker is the price, they seem to cost LESS than a comparable fox now.. i guess the time of cheap good quality fox bodies is passing, and we have to pay top dollar for nice ones now. They are also much easier to find, and for less than 6 g's I should be able to pick up a really nice 94-95 vert with decent miles. As a stocker with a few bolt ons it will be awesome to drive throughout highschool and into college. Once I settle into a career down the road Ill be able to afford something new to daily drive, and I can start having fun modding the stang into a street machine (I know Ill never want to part with it ) Anyways, this forum has been alot of help for everything Ive asked (Ive been lurking on here for awhile now just gaining general knowledge of these cars) Thanks for all your help :SNSign:

Id rather have a fox no doubt, but I cant find any that arent beaten to **** or arent rediculously overpriced. I like the smaller size and badass appeal of the fox, i just cant justify paying so much more for one compared the the sn (which is actually superior) They are heavier, but you have to give up some weight for better components. I dont want to start another sn vs. fox arguement, so we'll leave it at that. On the other hand.. if anyone has a nice clean 88-92 lx for sale in the northwest and dont want to price it through the roof, please let me know
