I HATE Fedex

Well Fedex was suppose to drop off my laptop today. I had to send it to Texas to get repaired and it was due back today. It was supposedly put on a truck at 3 something am at the local depot which happens to be like a half hour away. Well at 7:20 it still hadn't showed up so I called them. the guy says "well last I see it was put on a van for delivery today". I was like yeah I know and its still hasn't be dropped off. So he says he'll call teh depot and find out if there was a delay. He puts me on hold and comes back ans says he's talking to the people and waiting on an answer to whats going on. He puts me on hold again. Comes back and tells me that the vans back and they are looking for my package and needs to put me on hold one more time. Of course I'm pissed by now. He comes back and says "Its on a frieght truck (or some **** like that) and will be delivered Monday" I said "well I guess theres no way for me to pick it up myself?" he says "No they tell me thats not possible then need to find it first" I was like "WHAT??? they don't even know where its at??" He goes "well its a big warehouse and they have to search through all the packages to find yours but it will be delevered on monday sorry"





So I'm really pissed off I have always disliked Fedex now I really hate them. I wanna know if it was even on the truck today which I doubt it was now how the **** do you lose it in the warehouse. And if they don't know where it is how can they say they will deliver it on monday.
 
I have had issues with UPS...

UPS did not try to find the address I put on the package so they went to the buyers last known address (had a package deliverd 2yrs earlier and was in the system)...of course he was no longer there and the package is sent back to me. The buyer called and was like WTF I live at the EXACT address that was on the package and UPS agrees to reship free of charge as the driver made the call to not look for the address. TARD at the counter of the UPS store I took it to TOTALLY ignored the refund/UPS payment of shipping after I gave him the number 3 times and then WROTE IT DOWN FOR HIM. I am now getting a bill for the shipping because the tard did not put the number into the system so it looks like I did not pay.

GUESS WHO IS GOING TO GET A VERY UNPLEASENT PHONE CALL????
