I have a Steeda quadrant (2 hooks)...which hook to put on OEM clutch cable...(V8ONLY)

I'm in the middle of my clutch install right now...I thought I had a UPR 3 hook quadrant but I have a Steeda...which hook do I need to put it on...?

I would put it on the highest setting and whatever slack you need, adjust it on the clutch fork. I suggest a firewall adjuster, but I guess that's a little late.

You put it on the first hook, the one that allows it to be more straight as it comes in from the firewall

To the first responder...I have a UPR firewall adjuster...

So when you say first hook...which one is that...from what perspective are you looking at...?

It'll be the top one, the one that will have the cable more straighter as it comes in and hooks to the quadrant.
