I have an electrical question about wiring LEDs on a boat not sure where to post?

So my brother wants me to help him wire up some led lights to his boat. Just wondering how i should go about it and what guage wire to use. The switch panel comes pre wired so i just have to bring power to that, run the power wire off each led to the switch panel and all the grounds go back to battery because the boat is fiberglass. Do i need a relay or they are such a low draw i can pull off any key on power? Ive included the links to the lights.

I would contact the seller or go to diode dynamics, after all they are a vendor sponsor.

Not sure how is boat is wired but my courtesy lights all run back to the dash switch that has a 10 amp circuit breaker.

In your case using that switch panel and all I would run 12 ga power and ground to the the switch panel from the battery with a circuit breaker on the positive battery lead. The switch is more than capable of handling the load from the LEDs so no need to worry about that.

If i run straight from the battery the switch panel will always be lit? They have a backlit function...if i run a relay that is switched on via key on power source would that work?
