Yes they will fit. Same part number for 99 on up Cobra's. You will lose about 1 psi after installing them, but you will see an increase in HP/TQ. The increase will be even more evident if you step up to a twin screw.

Only drawback will be a loss of ground clearence.

thanks all. they the dreaded mac's . you think they will be ok since the coating has burned off..? or you think i should use them at all.?

I would be very leery of using those MAC longtubes. Seems like you are well aware of their reputation to damage engines. Did your '99 develop any oil consumption issues after you installed them?

If you do plan on using these longtubes, you better be 100% sure that any remaining debris/welding slag/etc inside the headers has been cleaned off.

I wouldn't risk it, but it's your car/wallet...g'luck.

it prob smoked b4 i got it ..i got it used that was the first part to go on..the v/ guides where shot and the pistons rocked in the bores bad , the motor was just plain wore out , in 57k.miles. the cylinders didnt look scored up. just lots of piston rock at t.d.c. i really dont think it was from the headders. but then again what do i know LOL!
