I think my stock fan can't keep up with my 418. I read a few stangs have been running the 99-02 viper fan. It flows 4000cfm and only draws 11 amps once up to speed. It should be here on friday or monday. Then I can drive my car again.

How much? Is it much bigger? Did you just go to a chrysler dealership?

This is a link of a guy who installed one in his stang. But just an fyi the place he listed them for $150 is the wrong price. It's $200 from them now.

The dealers wanted $225 but I called the dyno shop down the road from me and got it for a hair over $210.
