Anybody know if they plan to make one for the 3550? From what I read so far all they have is basically for the factory transmissions.

i had ordered mine last week. Just got a call from George. He tells me he's shipping out a batch of t-5 shifters today. I had ordered with the red handle and he let me know he thought i would be more happy with the blue handle. I let him switch that out for me. What an excellent guy to deal with . I should have mine by friday!!!! WOOOOOOT!!!

There is only one place to get the shifter, from MGW. The shifter is priced at $175 and that includes one handle of your choice (longer red or shorter blue). You can add in the other handle so you'll be able to swap back and forth for another $25. I think shipping was around $10 ups ground. My total was $184 something. Very reasonable i think.

I know there are the BW T5s and etc so i just wasnt positive. Thanks for clearing it up.

I also think its too cool looking to boot over. Not sure how itd look with a boot not covering the other stuff, but maybe if you could get a real short boot just to go up to about 1/3 the shifter. Thatd be bad azz.

Lets us know how it goes.

Gripper Shift Knobs

Anyone know if the gripper shift knobs on mgw's website for manual trans. would fit on the pro 5.0 shifter? I wasn't sure cause it said it would fit stock, but does anyone have one for their pro 5.0? thanks.

I think I'm gonna develop a boot with a clear plastic 'window' in it so you can see the shifter....
