My stock clutch cable was pretty stretched and shifting was starting to get a little difficult. So my buddy and I just finished up installing my fiore quadrant and firewall adjuster, LDC freeplay kit, and a new MM cable. The difference was night and day. I should have installed them sooner. Hopefully I dont get locked out of 3rd anymore. 
Quadrent and FWA did not make mine feel any different but made it alot easier to adjust as the clutch wore
