Here recently, wallet strains have forced me to lighten my right foot and try to save some money in gas (240 miles per tank sucks!). In my 97 GT with K&N and Flowmasters, I've been getting 300+ miles per tank. I get 70 miles before the needle moves from full! It's beautiful :)

I feel like a grandpa riding around town in 5th at 45mph, but hey, the saved money is well worth it! :D

When I first got the Mach, I had NO money left to be wasting (I had to pay Taxes and Title)

I drove around all the time like you are.... a complete grandmpa :p but it did give me some really good gas mileage.

Now that I have a little more money back, if the engine is not over 3k RPM.... it's time to downshift!

I filled up today, supposedly got 20 mpg. I dont believe it. I dont think I must've zero'd the trip meter right when I filled up, I cant remember. I gunned it alot this tank. 240 miles per tank. I would kill to get 300. The 4.10's arent gonna be helpin me though lol

my gas milage SUCKS!!!!! I drive 1.5 miles to work and just tool around town no interstate driving. I filled up yesterday and I was on 1/4 tank and at 149 miles. Maybe if I actually did drive it farther it would get better milage, it also doesn't help that I have to let the damn thing warm up before I can drive it because of the longtubes. If the 02 sensors are not warmed up it won't even run.

I got about 23-25mpg on an 1800 mile round trip and I usually get about 275 miles before I fill up and I usually have just a tad under 1/8th of a tank left.

Best of all...I'm running 4.10's :nice: I've also got an O/R H, CAI w/ a K&N, ported and polished upper plenum, flows (which I hate).
