How difficult would it be to get a brand new set of center caps and have them chromed someplace?

If you had the plastic cap that was smooth you can get them plated at a place like this: Plating shops

Some shops can smooth, repair / restore old chrome. I have not needed a shop such as this yet, but these places can make anything shiney again.
