I am putting my 1995 GT motor back together. Wouldn't you know, I can't find the cam dowel pin. It is using the stock cam.
I have tried all the auto parts stores around here: AutoZone, O'Reily's, NAPA, and the small ones. No one has it. I have searched online and the treads here and can't find anyone who sells them.
Anyone have a link or knows where I can buy one?
Thanks.

PM me your address and I'll send you one free....

or try your local machine shop, they may have a dowel, if they give you a choice between the "short" and " long" take the short, or youll be grinding the pin down to fit behind the timing chain washer.

Did your stock dowel just pull out?

I've got a few of them here if Rick can't get you one. If you ever need a cam dowel in the future, you have to order an "Engine Finishing kit." It's going to come with a stack of parts you don't need, but they are inexpensive.
