I need a quick estimate of what you think my car weighs!!

Im trying to figure out, horsepower numbers and what 1/4 times i should be running, but they ask for vehicle weight and i cant find a spot to weigh it at! So i just need a ballpark figure so here the reductions and stuff!

My car is an 88 GT with an AOD
No Rear tire or Jack
Fiberglass hood "which is 24 lbs" thats what the box said
Aluminum Driveshaft
No dogbone
All A/C stuff gone
All Smog Pump crap is gone
No front sway bar

So without me in the car whadda think its close to??

Hmm..that is an awfully heavy guess?

A GT in itself doesn't weigh much more than an lx hatch...the bumpers are very light weight and you have to remember the lx's have bumpers to...just the Gt's are extended bumpers...the only real weight difference is the fog-light assembly "bar"...

Well I wasn't thinking about you having an auto...but that just adds another 30-40 pounds over a 5spd...

You have some weight reduction mods also...I say 3150...
