Here,...let me help this guy out by posting a picture of an 1885 Fox body for him.
First off most guys back then would go straight for adding more horse power...so you'd take this:
and change him out for this.
VROOOMMM!!! VROOOMMM!!
You'd immediately notice a big gain in torque, and your ET's would drop commensurately, but then it snowballs from there...
Maybe beef up your drivetrain,(4 horses, instead of 2?) then you'd want to fix the suspension,.. next,...Those wheels are so...1700's, so you'd want to change that junk out, then maybe get better seating,... maybe some tunes,...
and then after you get all that other stuff right...
Maybe a power adder.
