I need help QUICK!!!

ok So I was told that teflon seals are the way to go for the rear main seal. But the problem is that a teflon seal for my engine is 38 bucks from summit (1997 explorer block). Then they have rubber and Fluoroelastomer for roughly the same price (~18), so which is the better of the two?

I bought my Teflon rear main seal from NAPA for $25. I suggest the Ford Racing A/C eliminator kit, very easy to install and I got it for $40.

My advice on rear mains is this. Forget what the part costs and think about how long it will take to replace that part if/when it fails.

I am of the same opinion with oil pumps.
