So i bought a 1973 coupe with a 302 a couple weeks ago and the guy couldn’t tell me anything about whats been done to it. So its been driving good for the last two weeks and I replaced the throttle cable and now it idles high and over heats.
I found out why it was doing it. I was being dumb and So when i took the old cable off i never took that bracket off because i thought it was part of the carb itself So needless to say after looking at carbs on google i realized that so i took it off and now she purs i just gotta do slight adjustments
