I need pics of '67-68 smallblocks with P/S & A/C or just A/C.

When I got my car the engine was already out, dismantled, and spread between about four boxes. As a result, I dont know where all the brackets and idler pullies go or even if I have all the right parts. My '68 shop manual doesnt have ANY pictures and my Haynes only has a couple partials. I also need a new adjustable idler pulley, but plan to have A/C with no power steering and thus need to know how that will factor in. Thanks in advance.

I will get you some pictures tonight as long as you promise not to laugh at all the dirt, grime and misc crap on the engine. Or the fact that I don’t have my Monte Carlo bar completely bolted down. Its getting floor pans right now so i am not driving it

A quick search on the internet for 1967 engine pics came up with a lot of pics. from what I can tell they look almost exactly like my '66. Do a search and see if any of those will help.

On my '66 the A/C it on the top right (looking from the front) The power steering pump is just below.

This pic has the A/C removed, but the bracket is there.

(this is not mine, btw)

I appreciate it. At least you have an engine in there, dirty or not. :D

Thanks for the pic Cap'n, but I need one of an engine with A/C and no power steering, not vice versa. Your brackets are also different than those on my (early) '68.

This is a picure of my 67 when I was doing the waterpump, so a lot of things are still missing. But it shows the compressor bracket quite well! It also has power steering, but it's on another belt so it shouldn't affect how yours should be configured, I wouldn't think.
