which BFGs?

KDW2s are amazing. Crazy traction in warm weather and great in the rain. You dont have to get them red hot to start gripping (like Pilot Sports etc. - I hated those tires).

just get a set of 285mm nitto nt555's... with those you should be able to get traction no problem. when i had only cams and mild bolt ons i got traction just fine. they dont wear that much either, there a really damn good tire and there cheap too

Although I've heard lots of good things about the BFGs, I still like my Nittos. My granddad has 275/40-17 555s on his auto Mach 1, and it is plenty of tire for that car; doesn't even think about breaking loose. But it is an auto.

Anyone with those BFGs (KDW2s) know how long they last? That's gonna be the determining factor when I buy my next set of tires. My Nittos have lasted 20,000 miles and almost 200 passes at the track, and I'd guess they'll last at least 15,000 more. If the BFGs last that long, I may get a set of them next go round.
