hello bros i ran into this mustang its a 89 LX 5.0 manual it has 79k miles on it i took it for a rip it seems to run strong but the thing is the car was broken into it needs alot of body work i can get the hood the ignition the door locks and trunk lock for free as long as i go down there and take the parts out myself the only thing i cant get as in now is the rear hatch its all rusty and chewed up u guys think its worth the 800$ ..i tihnk it is wuts ur opinion?
i need ur opinion on 89 LX for 800$

I like body work that is bolt on replacable. Doors, hood and hatch. Not a big deal to me.
My hatch rusted like crazy. Found one from a guy with absolutely no rust (looked like eary 80s from the badges) that I put on my 87. If you never want to deal with a rusted hatch again, get a glass one.
You would be surprised, but that hatch is not really that heavy. ESP when you consider all the glass in the center.
