I have an 06 Saleen Extreme in tungsten grey with the scenic roof. It came stock w/ the 7 spoke wheels which i do not care for. Im looking at getting a different wheel...which do you guys think?

This is my car now...

This is a Saleen w/ the wheels i want, the HPD MSR chrome w/ 4.5" lip

This is a mustang w/ the other wheels i might want the Toxins (a 20" version of the 99-04 saleen models, only slightly different lip)

What do you all think? there is more pictures of my car in my profile i think.

either of those are better than the Saleen factory wheels in my opinion, not a big fan of the 7 spokes...

Have you seen the optional 5 spoke forged saleen wheel? they are very attractive. You may be able to setup some sort of a trade

Of the 2 shown above, i would go with the ones on the yellow that have the BBs look. Very nice.

+1 for the HPD MSR chrome . They look the best out of the ones that you showed us.
Although, if it was my car I wouldn't put Chrome on it, but its not, so go with the chrome that you want!

Ya, I think the first ones are the better of the two.

Yes i have seen them. I am really involved with saleen. I do alot with them and have even been in board meetings with Steve Saleen...trust me, ive seen the 5-spoke forged wheel before it even released lol. I never thought of doing a trade up w/ the 7 spoke, but who is going to do that? i dont know if Saleen will put my wheels on another factory vehicle. The reason i dont get the 5-spoke is due to the overwhelming price, although i do get 40% off!

Yeah, thats what im thinking...i like the ones on the yellow car too. Plus, you can put a Saleen center cap in them.

I like either one, The second ones would give it a cleaner look IMO. But the first ones also look really good. Get what you prefer!

Prefer your stock wheels.

In fact, I'm desperately in love with your car!

The first set you posted are way too pimpmobile fussy for me and the second set way too plain . I say that even though I have simple chrome 5-spokes on my s/c GT .

I happen to like the Saleen 7 spokes even if they wouldn't be my first choice.

The toxic wheels are still the best looking wheels I've seen for our car. If I were you I'd go with the gunmetal though.

The perfect solution.....

It seems to me that you are having a real problem here with the decision of wheels for your car. I have the perfect solution, i am only doing this because i really want to remove some of the burden you are having in life right now. I guess though because of my Stangnet pure generousity, I will trade cars with you and you don't even have to pay me anything. I ve already gone through what you are going through and i know how tough it is. So what do you think?????

I know you love this idea, right????????? Are you still there, hello, i guess i lost him!!!

If it were my car I would have the 7 spokes painted a dark gray. I don't like chrome wheels much at all. The ones on the yellow car are way to bling bling for a Stang and the ones on the white car look better on the fox and sn95 styles.

i definitely like the HPD MSRs, but not in chrome. i had to find out the chrome thing the hard way—bought 20" AR rogues in chrome, only to blow $2500 again a month later for the same wheels in black.

i think a silver, graphite, or even "hypercoated" wheel would look sweeeeeet on your ride.

I vote for the ones on the white car. Very understated by handsome. I must say the ones on the yellow car are tres ghetto'

Just my 2 cents.
