i think i have a virus

i'm getting a ton of pop ups that i cant block and i keep getting a message from norton that a file named "trojan.vundo" has been blocked. adaware or norton aren't showing anything. how can i fix the computer?? i cant reverse the comp to a saved point either.

Reboot in safe mode and run whatever spyware/antivirus client you have. If that doesn't get rid of it, then download and install Superanti Spyware in regular mode, run the updater, then reboot in safemode again and run a full scan.

i rebooted in safe mode and removed 3 viruses and i still have the trojan one on here along with the pop ups

Been surfing online **** again have we? J/K I've heard spydoctor is really good for that sort of stuff. You might try that. Just google it.

yea spydoctor and ad aware are not bad for free (i think, I know ad aware is free).

and get Firefox (if you can)...IE sucks

You can also try Spybot Search & Destroy which is freeware.
I use both spybot and ad aware (the old version - SE Personal) along with AVG anti-virus which is also freeware plus Kerio Personal Firewall again freeware.
