either this weekend or next weekend I'm gonna go ahead and swap the motor into my white car. Shouldn't take too long at all since now I have a shop I can work in instead of my dad's garage.
I've gotta say...that 5.0 I have in the white one now is a trooper. It has 154,000 miles on it at least (odo broke) and has had the piss beat out of it on a 125 shot. That thing doesn't even tick...compression is between 145-150 on all cylinders.
but anyway, hopefully I'll be posting up here saying everything went smooth. We haven't had much time at the shop here lately so it may take a bit longer. We've had wayyy too many projects. We have an 50s ford truck with a chrysler big block, a 65 (mint condition) 331 mustang, a 70 big block (390) mustang, and a 69 cougar we've got to get finished up. I'm gonna snap some pics up when I get some time.
