I want anyone's opinion of the Delta Control Module

Post links about the controller failure and vehicle damage. I keep an eye on the DCC threads and have not seen anything like that.

I have nothing but great things to say about the product and Brian. Customer service before I ordered was top notch, the controller arrived promptly and customer service afterwards was also outstanding (Brian created a custom circuit for me and also helped troubleshoot a series of oddities, which had nothing to do with his controller).

He revamped his ordering process (limiting it to a couple sites and a minimum number of posts to keep oddballs out). It sounds like controllers are going out pretty much on time (of course, that's hearsay I gather on the forums. Check with Brian for an exact timeframe).

There are a great number of us on here who have nothing but good to say about the units. The griping comes mostly from another forum - I take it with a grain of salt. Not everyone is as competent, savvy or as knowledgable as others (I'm trying to be diplomatic).
If installed properly, there's no reason the unit should not work flawlessly (and if for some reason it doesn't, the customer service takes care of it).

I've run it for 4 years with a Mark VIII - no problems.

I have one of Brian's fan/controller combo's. When working, it works as advertised, and is a great product, but I will be replacing the controller with something else this summer.

Brian repaired the controller last summer, rheostat went bad, and the fan/controller assembly has stopped working again. The car does not get driven very much, fair weather vehicle, so not a lot of use.

Brian's customer service is great and I've never had any issues with that. He does go out of his way to help his customer's in my opinion, top notch guy.

Temp setting is adjustable between 145 degree's F & 215 degree's F, temp setting knob is the attached to the rheostat, top right corner of fan housing, here is a picture from Brian's web site:

mine has jumpers for temp ranges - maybe more reliable..........
