Not calling your boss a liar but I think he is mistaken. I believe that Japanese companies are only allowed to sell so much of the company to a foreign business if they want to stay a "Japanese" company legally in Japan. Not sure but I think its like 49.5% something like that. I know it is under a majority control.

Anyone know for sure?

Anyway, not all import guys think they can take the v8 sometimes they just want to see how they will hold up or even just what our cars can do. Last night I lined up against a prelude (don't want to call it rice cause it looked more tastefully done then most) who wanted a race. I took him through 1st and 2nd and then waited up for him at the next light. Not only did I get a peace sign he told me he just wanted to hear my car roar. Then he said he liked the way my car moved, so I told him I liked the "shaved" and clean look of his car. To top it all off the kid looked like he was 17. Go figure.

Perhaps the guy in the legacy just wanted to see the firebird move? I reved at a viper once

No, the Kid in the Stupidru was a Punk because after he had is ass handed to him and the T/A slowed down to normal cruise speed the Ricer boy flew up on his bumper and was tailgating him!

I think you are about the only one that just made sense in this thread.

example:

Ya, I was driving along one time and a kid on a racing 50 bicycle tried to go heads up against a z06 and the z06 handed the kid his azz. Then the kid tried to be all tough and rode a wheelie behind the z06 to show the strength of his torque monster legs.

The story is about the same as what was posted above; both are a waste of time and effort to read, but the second may be worth a chuckle.

I can't tell you how many times I see the "lil dog sydrom" but it is definitely not worth the time or effort to post it on here.

If the legacy had a few mods running mid 12's, the story would have been posted on a subie forum about the mullet wearing TA driver. I love to read how each board puts a unique spin on the story.

Yeah man the other day I raced this ricer and beat him and his girlfriend started laughing at him and he got all pissed off. It was cool. I think I'm going to start a new thread about it.

That's exactly what I was thinking. And is quite possibly the most important part of this thread.

Ok you know what, that's never happened to me. I want a story like that, where the girlfriend laughs at him. And you can be damned well sure I will post about it when it does

When I refer to the term "ricer" I am not referencing the driver of the vehical. I am using the term to explain the catagory that the car falls into. 6/4 cylinder N/A or turbo and not of domestic origin. When referencing the driver most "ricer" terms include wording such as:
Stupid ricer
****ing idoit, ricer
*** ricer
anb so on....
So in my opinon, ricer is the car not the driver with the huge ego saying oh yeah, let's do it from a roll dogggg!!!!!

Logical progresion. It's much easier to roll up on someone and race than to try to catch them at a stop.
Plus I think the ricers figured out they have a better chance of beating a Mustang with 4.10's in it, when it's already going 80MPH.

Oh yeah, well, while you were wasting your life doing that, I've been talking to hot chicks in the internet chat rooms ALL DAY!!! Beat that!

I saw a set of D cups today, next to a couple B cups. The D cup was much fuller, but the B cup was so perky!!!
