Yayyyyyy, right now I'm staying at the Club Tahoe resort/condos. You're only 1.5 hours away! We went to Diamond Peak today...Mother F'N SHEEEEEEEET, Snowboarding on that "beginner" slow is hard...there's hardly an incline at all! It was like 7° here in Incline Village, NV this morning when I woke up. While we were snowboarding, it felt like it was 55° out! This is a different kind of cold than we have in Texas. FUN!!!!!!!!!!!

nice snow pics!! I also like the ice covered car. It's real fun to drive around after a rain-then-freeze event!! All the 4x4's are going 90+ and making the towtrucks $$ out the wazoo... but I tread lightly after those... I don't have pics though... sadly.

If the temp drops like that again just put a beach towel over the windsheild. That way you don't have to scrape.

Last winter this snow storm was the storm that showed me I had to have a winter vehicle...Stupid me didn't take FINAL pictures after all the freezing rain, this was only after the first night. After carefully chiseling the edges of the drivers door I got it opened, started, and thawing. Most of the ice was at LEAST 1" thick. No lies you could have used ice skates to get anywhere in town if they hadn't sanded/salted. Just a normal winter for us though, hell, our cars look like your car starting in octoberish and through april.
