noiceLast winter this snow storm was the storm that showed me I had to have a winter vehicle...Stupid me didn't take FINAL pictures after all the freezing rain, this was only after the first night. After carefully chiseling the edges of the drivers door I got it opened, started, and thawing. Most of the ice was at LEAST 1" thick. No lies you could have used ice skates to get anywhere in town if they hadn't sanded/salted. Just a normal winter for us though, hell, our cars look like your car starting in octoberish and through april.

We get hotter than Cali several times in the summer and much colder in the winter. You can't beat the women and lakes up here though, period. MN > * for 4 months out of the year (mid May-mid September)
