I made a mod plate for my IAC on 1999 cobra but still have small problem.when I race engine the rpm come back to 1100 for about 5 sec and then drops to 950 which is good. Is this normal or what? The plate restrict the air which help RPM drop down quick. Before mod plate it was hanging up around 2 to 3000 rpm.
