identify these Canfield heads: 20-450-58-0

Canfield aluminum heads on a 5liter i bought. I am building a 408w and trying to figure out what heads these are to see if I can reuse them.

PN is 20-450-58-0

I think "20" is the valve angle and 58cc... the rest I am unsure about.

I can not find the part number on www.canfieldheads.com and I have called them at least 10 times... for some reason nobody answers the phone.

I am looking for port size and a Flow Chart would be AWESOME.
