You may be causing more problems here. Calibrated MAF's are kind of a band-aid fix. Meaning the MAF itself should not be adjusted to the injectors. Instead the MAF's transfer curve should be programmed into the EEC and the EEC should handle the injector changes. Now what you have is a MAF calibrated for the wrong size injectors, and a tune that is trying to compensate for the mismatch. If you go with another MAF that is calibrated for the injectors you have now, your tune is going to be way off. I'd recomend going with either a LMAF or an SCT MAF with the correct transfer curve and then setting up the tune the correct way.
