The car didn't run right after the initial MAF meter was installed with the correct calibrated 38# injectors. I think it was either a poorly calibrated MAF, or a bad sensor. I ordered the 92mm with the correct 60lb. calibration. I'll let you guys know my results... Damn it's expensive!!!!
I had problems too, until they sold the company and stuck with just the MAF units. They were getting into more than they can handle, but I believe it's a much better run operation there now.

You may be causing more problems here. Calibrated MAF's are kind of a band-aid fix. Meaning the MAF itself should not be adjusted to the injectors. Instead the MAF's transfer curve should be programmed into the EEC and the EEC should handle the injector changes. Now what you have is a MAF calibrated for the wrong size injectors, and a tune that is trying to compensate for the mismatch. If you go with another MAF that is calibrated for the injectors you have now, your tune is going to be way off. I'd recomend going with either a LMAF or an SCT MAF with the correct transfer curve and then setting up the tune the correct way.

I am going to completely retune the car after installing the new MAF. I just think it will be easier to tune when the MAF matches the injectors. Unless, you are suggesting something different?

Yes I am, you don't want to use a MAF that is matched to injectors if you can avoid it because it throws off your load scaling. Here are some links that explain it.
