Do you have a chip or tuner that turns the O2's off?

If not that is problem one...

Can you post your entire program, im intrigued why you have 42LB injectors.

Do not disable the O2 sensors and expect the engine to run perfectly without a custom Dyno tune. It just isn't going to happen. Understand that if the Ford engineers could have done it and passed all the requirements, they would have eliminated the O2 sensors from the beginning. Saving $20-$40 a car is big bucks when you make a million cars.
