idle problem

i have 1995 mustang gt 5.0Lwhen i pull up to a red light push the cluch the car will stall and some times it will rev up and down 500rpm to 1000rpm. Also when at wide open throttle car bags out in the high rpm 5800rpm and 6200 could it be a tps sensor or throttle body any help would be app

First thing to do is pull codes. The CEL need NOT be illuminated to have a soft code stored.

I agree with HISSIN - check codes first. I'd trace all the vacuum lines next.
