Service the IAC and the MAF.
You can use carb cleaner for the IAC. But for the MAF, buy electrical cleaner from your local parts store. It doesn't leave a residue, so it gets a good clean.
Try that and report back.
Good luck.

Also look for vac leaks and see if the TB is dirty while you're working on the IAC.

Dont clean the IAC unless you're prepared to replace it (yours doesn't sound like it's doing too hot anyhow).

See the "Surging Idle Checklist for help with all your idle/stall problems. Everything you need to find and fix idle problems is in there.

The first two posts contain all the updates to the fixes. At last count there were 24 possible causes and fixes for surging idle/stall problems. I continue to update it as more people post fixes or ask questions.

Why do you say that?
I've seen cleaning the IAC help out a LOT with smooth idling. I guess by the time it needs cleaning, its probably time to replace it. Its not too expensive anyway.

Also, there might me a DTC without the check engine light coming on. You can rent a scan tool from a parts store for free and see if there is any codes to be pulled.
Just shooting out possible FREE solutions.
Good luck.

DTC is an acronym for diagnostic trouble code.

And the cleaning of the IAC can lead to them simply crapping out altogether or performing worse than before.
As noted, if one is barely working, there's not much to lose by cleaning it. But always prepare to replace it in case the cleaning makes the situation worse. The harshtest thing I'll use on an IAC is WD40.

Use throttle body cleaner on your TB (teflon compatibility concerns).
