I have 91 mustang with a 351 and a x cam with some other work but wen i drive it and let off the clutch the idle sticks at around 1800 and then takes about 20 seconds or so to drop down to idle then sometimes revs back up around 1500. I replaced the IAC but same results was wondering if i should change the tps sensor or if anybody had any other ideas

tps is 20 bucks and would be a good idea. Make sure to set it. Also check that the throttle body is not sticking. Check the cable too
