FLUIDYNE-
GRIFFIN-
Granatelli-
Be cool-

I was also thinking, Being i have a monster tranny cooler, I could just elimintate the radiator tranny cooler for my AOD...
Im also swapping the Water pump out as well, Im going with the EDELBROCK jr hi flow unit.... Any suggestions regarding a better choise for the W.P. would be a great help as well.......

Many Thanks-Anthony :flag: :nice:

Fluidyne. One day one of the connections for my electric fan fell out in bumper to bumper traffic on the way to work. The engine got hot, but didn't overheat. Best radiator available.

Thanks for the replies-

Hey guys-

Thanks for the replies... Greatly appreciated, I was wondering, what do ya think of the best WATER PUMP??? If $$$ wasnt an issue either??? Ive heard many great things about Edelbrock, But hey its always cool hearing opinions from your mustang bro's! :nice:

Mucho thnaks-Ant

P.S. I have an AOD LX, Being i hvae a huge tranny cooler already, Ya think it be OK to get the radiator for the 5 speed, beings its a bit cheaper??? Whatta ya think....... :hail2:

ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH "bb&t" RACING???

Anyone ever do business with "BB&T" racing??? being they have the cheapest prices on the fluidyne rad, i dont want to make a mistake on dealing with someone......

Thanks for the 411........ Anthony :hail2:

Anthony, with the scenario you raised ($$ being no object), I would get a Fluidyne with a trans heat exchanger. If you drive in even mild ambient temps, it will help to regulate (not cool, necessarily) the trans fluid. That is one appeal of the Fluidynes (and that you can get plug-and-play units with little/no fabbing required). So your trans will have the fluid warmed quicker in cooler temps, but your "monster trany cooler", the trans temps will not be too hot, once you get the tranny up to temp.

That is how I would do it, being it that you have a reportedly adequate trans cooler already. Best of both worlds.

Stewart makes some very nice water pumps.

Good luck.

Thank you so much guys!

Hey-

Thanks again guys for your 411, help and opinions, All info is duly noted, I probably will go with the fluidyne & edelbrock water pump...

Mucho Thanks-Anthony :hail2:
