If you own a compressor, you need this!!

No not an electrician, but owning a house has forced me to learn a lot. I just went to Home Depot, looked around and thought "I could use these to set up my air hoses in the garage" If I had the time I use to do home upgrades to use on my stang, I would have the top stang on this board! Tomorrow it's taking down the lights...that time coud be used for polishing some more engine parts :(

Dan...I guess I could have been part of that lawsuit, but you posted that link too late :bang:

Oh well...no biggie.
Thanks

I had one of those small compressors for a less than a year before I wore it out. It was an xmas gift from my wife last year. It ran almost non stop when i used it and it used alot of electricity. I also added an inline regulator/oiler/water seperator to mine. The trick is to remove the plastic housing, then you can remove the factory regulator and use the appropriate length 1/4 pipe nipple. i used an 8" nipple on mine. Also, if you are looking to purchase a compressor, save up and buy the 60gal compressor at harbour freight. I paid $399 for it and couldnt be happier. 12.8 scfm at 90psi versus 5.4 scfm with my old one. The old one couldnt even run my HVLP paint gun. The new one maintains 90psi and runs 1/4 of what the old one did. Also my wife has informed me that our electric bill has been $30-40 less for the last 3 moonths in a row. Only drawback to some is that it is 220 only. Just my .02 Patrick
