I'm posting this here because the agent I used was simply the hardest working agent I have ever seen and was one of few agents that is willing to cut their commsions!
Not only did she take a pay cut but then took my wife and I to the store and let us pick out some new furniture with HER commisions!
She told me that is what every customer gets from her no matter what!
I do a lot of realty transactions and this agents service was far beyond any Windermere, JL Scott, or any other commercial agency I have ever worked with.
