I recently had a 10amp fuse blow in my fuse box for my dial illumination lights and I had no 10amp fuse available so I replaced it with a 15 amp fuse for the time being (I know dumbass move). The lights worked for a while but now they are completely unresponsive, the fuse is not blown. I'd like some input on what it could be and how to fix it, thanks.

You likely need a new headlight switch, disconnect the battery, pull the nob out and feel around under the dash for the switch and locate a small button, this releases the nob, unscrew the ring that holds the switch to the dash and it will come out far enought to unplug
You may be able to take some electrical spray and clean the spring and connections but a new switch is not expensive.

test the circuit with a DVOM to see if you have voltage at the fuse block... then test from the dimmer switch back
