I'm a suspension n00b - Questions inside

My suspension is getting old and I'd really like to cut down on some of the body roll but I am by no means a handling snob and my car is daily driven.

I would like a bit of a drop but not enough to worry about caster/camber plates and bumpsteer kits. Roads around here suck and my low-riding longtubes don't help matters.

I *do* have subframes already installed.

I'm looking to spend around $500-600. So... this brings me to my questions...

1. I really want to help out my 60ft times. Besides the obvious driver and tire upgrades, will some Steeda lower control arms help?
2. After searching out the wazoo, I like the Bullit suspension kit - who has the best price on it?
3. What other items should I look at replacing while I'm in the suspension?

-lower control arms are mostly for launch.

-if you want to lower it, it will hurt your 60'.

-i think steeda springs are what you are looking for

-things to replace: struts, shocks, springs, bushings

What sort of bushings should I be looking at replacing?

Here's my list so far...
UCA/LCA bushings
Spring Isolators
Swaybar/endlink bushings

Anything else?
