Also I'm a procharger car so my blower ratio is higher. You'll need a smaller upper or larger lower to make the same boost. It's usually best to do a bigger lower for belt wrap and slippage.

Also I had to go with the pricey thumper rr as I was kicking and shredding belts when 6 rib with a factory tensioner. Even broke a brand new stock one in less than 200 miles.

Here's my build 97 4.6 put in a 98 GT tore engine down hone out cylinders for the stock bore bought the eagle forge rotating assembly pistons, rods, and Crank pistons are -17cc compression should be 9-7-1 bought the MHS twisted wedge heads with custom grind stage 2 cams also index high volume oil pump and pickup with 7qt moroso oil pan all new ARP bolts and head studs waiting on the Kenny Belle mammoth not sure of the size of the pulley but it was sold as a kit with fuel injectors and rails was thinking about buying the 8 rib harmonic balancer off of mod max but can't find factory 8 rib pulley's for ever thing else anything else you need no it is a street car thank you for your response

I listed all the pulleys above you need. They fit perfect in my 98 and they should as well for you. The exception was the idler. I had to buy a pricey upr 75 mm as the Ford one listed is 90 and too big. You do have to clearance your front cover but only a little. I'll try to find a pic of mine after being modified.

Kenne bell has robust tech reading on all of their systems on their website. They have the answer already for you and kenne bell has an 8 rib kit so that you don't void your warranty. From the sound of your build you are likely going to be above the threshold that kenne bell recommends an 8 rib. I would read this:

After you read it, if you have any concerns because your motor is from a previous year then I would give kenne bell a call to ask if there are any considerations for your year.
